Some of the features include:
- Battery Back Up – built in to work when there is no power – great during a power outage.
- Opens and Closes the Door – closes under power at your command – can leave door open indefinitely
- No Spring Mechanism – manual operation of the door feels normal – no resistance.
- Special Transmitter – small match box sized device with special pressure pad on the face that is extremely easy to activate. You can use fingers, palms, the side of a hand, arm or even your chin to open the door. It can be attached to a wheelchair.
- Optional Transmitter – a range of activation devices such as wall push pads, numeric keyless entry pads, X-10 activators or other environmental controls are readily integrated.
- Security – allows a locked door to release through the use of an electric strike-plate. Existing keys can still be used.
